Description

  • Lead video screening calls with prospective instructors sourced by the recruiting team.
  • Evaluate candidates’ charisma, expertise, and teaching potential during executive interviews.
  • Persuade qualified senior leaders to join ELVTR as instructors and build a course.
  • Politely decline candidates who do not meet instructor standards while protecting the brand image.
  • Move successful candidates into the production phase and ensure a smooth handoff to the Course Creators.
  • Provide real-time feedback to the sourcing team to improve search criteria.
  • Manage a high volume of meetings and maintain organized records in the ATS/CRM.
  • Work afternoon and evening shifts in South Africa to align with US business hours.
  • Accommodate occasional late-evening calls with West Coast US instructors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management.
  • Exceptional English proficiency with strong verbal nuance and communication skills.
  • Ability to read the room and adapt tone to different personalities.
  • Comfort managing a high volume of meetings via Zoom.
  • Experience keeping records organized in an ATS/CRM such as HubSpot or LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection, with fibre preferred.
  • Backup power solution such as a UPS or inverter is highly advantageous.
  • Availability to work afternoon/evening shifts in South Africa, including occasional later evenings.
  • Quiet, professional home office environment during working hours.
