Description

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles up to G7 level.
  • Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies, evaluation criteria, and kickoff alignment.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Drive a strong candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and professional representation of Wellhub.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and propose efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws, internal SLAs, and ATS data accuracy in Greenhouse.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and belonging by sourcing from underrepresented groups and reducing bias in selection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as People Ops and OD&B to support onboarding and employer branding.
  • Contribute to the company’s wellbeing culture by supporting a healthy work-life balance and encouraging time off.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially in high-demand environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and report recruitment metrics.
  • Ability to align financial budgets with candidate salary and benefits expectations.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to attract diverse talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Candidates must currently reside in Spain.
