Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for field and corporate roles.
  • Lead onboarding processes, including I-9 compliance and new hire documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with Operations to align staffing needs and onboarding timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Support employee relations, compliance, and HR documentation tasks.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Use Workstream, Paradox, and ADP Workforce Now for recruitment and HR processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
  • Experience in restaurant or retail industries is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workstream, Paradox, and ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to take calls and work directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English is highly preferred.
  • A Windows-based computer is required due to software compatibility.
  • Availability to work full-time on a Tuesday-Saturday or Monday-Friday schedule from 9:00am-6:00pm EST.
