Description

  • Lead the day-to-day performance, coaching, mentoring, and development of the SDR team.
  • Develop and execute hiring plans and internal talent development programs to attract, grow, and retain SDR talent.
  • Build a high-performance team culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Own SDR pipeline generation targets and manage team performance against activity, conversion, and opportunity creation goals.
  • Set, monitor, and report on KPIs for both team and individual performance.
  • Coach SDRs through call reviews and real-time feedback on messaging, outreach, and sales methodology.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales leadership, Enablement, Operations, and Product to improve lead generation, handoffs, and SDR effectiveness.
  • Build and scale outbound prospecting motions to generate incremental pipeline for the New Logo sales organization.
  • Use analytics to improve team structure, territory design, process efficiency, and inbound/outbound best practices.
  • Maintain accurate process adherence and data entry across Salesforce, Salesloft, and other go-to-market tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent education and work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience building and leading high-velocity SMB sales development teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales development goals.
  • Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using data and KPIs to drive decisions and process improvements.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring early-career sales talent into closing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales aptitude with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment.
  • Preferred: enterprise sales experience.
  • Preferred: experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesloft.
  • Preferred: basic understanding of the construction industry.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
