Description

  • Drive partner strategy for the UK&I region.
  • Own the national operating model for strategic partner business plans, including executive ownership, practice building, enablement, and marketing programs at scale.
  • Lead a team of partner managers responsible for top strategic UK partners.
  • Execute and monitor joint partner investments and accountability targets.
  • Identify, build, and launch pre-sales and post-sales insertion points to accelerate Wiz platform access and adoption.
  • Drive and support enablement activities with partner sellers and technical teams.
  • Own escalations and resolve conflicts across partner relationships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partner executives to support long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report performance to executive leadership.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing and leading a team of partner managers at a top SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to operate as a player-coach and contribute as an individual contributor when needed.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience identifying the right partner for the right opportunity.
  • Strong team player with experience working closely with field teams.
  • Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding.
  • Cloud service provider marketplace experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
