Description

  • Lead and coach a team of Mid-Market Account Executives through 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and call coaching.
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new Account Executives as the team scales.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive a high-activity outbound sales motion to generate pipeline and new business.
  • Set, monitor, and manage key activity metrics such as calls, connects, and conversions.
  • Run call coaching sessions, blitzes, and outbound workshops to improve execution.
  • Refine messaging, objection handling, and call strategies using data and sales tools.
  • Own pipeline health, coverage, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with SDR, Marketing, and RevOps to support pipeline generation and sales execution.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex deals and coach AEs on discovery, positioning, and consultative selling.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including multiple years leading quota-carrying sales teams.
  • Proven success managing outbound-focused, new business sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience building high-performance outbound cultures with measurable improvements in activity, pipeline generation, and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong coaching and people development skills.
  • Experience using Gong, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience selling HR technology, ATS platforms, talent acquisition solutions, or HCM software (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SPICED, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar sales methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience working in high-growth or private equity-backed SaaS organizations (preferred).
  • Experience scaling teams during periods of rapid growth or transformation (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Outreach, Salesloft, or power dialing technologies (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary of $140,000 to $150,000 per year with a commission target of $125,000 per year.
