Description

  • Directly manage outsourced sales executives, closers, and SDRs deployed to client accounts.
  • Own onboarding, coaching, quota setting, pipeline reviews, performance management, and reporting for client-facing reps.
  • Lead the pan-European rollout of the sales operation for The Secret Society across 18 markets.
  • Ensure deployed reps are enabled, meeting activity targets, and delivering on client performance milestones.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B clients for Division 50’s outsourced SDR and sales executive services.
  • Design and iterate on the internal outbound sales playbook, objection-handling frameworks, cadence structures, and enablement materials.
  • Build and lead Division 50’s internal sales team, including hiring additional sellers as pipeline demand grows.
  • Work with the AI recruitment engine and recruitment team to define candidate profiles, interview shortlisted talent, and maintain hiring quality.
  • Own revenue, margins, and P&L across client delivery and internal sales, and report performance to the CEO.
  • Scale ownership across new client accounts as Division 50 grows into a multi-client sales operation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a sales team such as SDRs, account executives, or closers.
  • Proven experience personally closing deals while also managing others to close in a player-coach role.
  • Experience in outsourced sales, BPO, staffing, or sales-as-a-service is a strong advantage.
  • Comfort managing multilingual, remote-first teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong commercial instincts with an understanding of margins, unit economics, and profitability in outsourced sales operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Additional European languages or Arabic are a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and outbound sales tech stacks.
  • Based in Dubai or able to work remotely with significant overlap with UAE and European business hours.
  • Experience in spirits, beverage, hospitality, or premium consumer goods industries is preferred.
  • Existing network of B2B decision-makers in SaaS, fintech, logistics, real estate, or FMCG is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment or sales automation tools is preferred.
  • Experience scaling a sales function from 0 to 10+ reps is preferred.
