Description

  • Own a named portfolio of existing customers with commercial responsibility.
  • Manage renewal strategy, execution, and customer alignment across assigned accounts.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, new use cases, and additional stakeholders within current accounts.
  • Develop and maintain account plans aligned to customer priorities and the company’s product roadmap.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and strong CRM hygiene in HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Serve as the commercial point of contact for executive and technical stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, Heads of OT, Security Architects, and sponsors.
  • Participate in business reviews, commercial discussions, and customer on-site meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product to drive adoption, scope opportunities, and support measurable outcomes.
  • Translate security, compliance, and operational requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Partner with VARs, MSSPs, and strategic partners on joint account planning and partner-supported opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of B2B sales, account management, or revenue experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Experience supporting or managing multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Exposure to revenue retention or account growth responsibilities.
  • Understanding of enterprise security, OT/ICS environments, or regulated industry buying cycles.
  • Strong communication, organization, and account planning skills.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions such as zero trust, secure remote access, OT/ICS security, or managed security services is preferred.
  • Experience working with critical infrastructure, industrial, energy, manufacturing, or regulated verticals is preferred.
  • Familiarity with partner-influenced sales motions is preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth or venture-backed environment is preferred.
  • US-based role focused on serving mid-market and enterprise customers.

  • 50/50 base and commission split.
  • OTE of $180,000 to $230,000.
