Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnership strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities and evaluate their fit with organizational priorities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships across technology, data, system integrator, and influencer channels.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to support adherence, partner satisfaction, and performance.
  • Drive revenue growth and other measurable outcomes through successful partnerships.
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, customer success, product, and engineering on partner go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, strategic partnerships, or a related role.
  • Ability to work independently to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, build partnership strategy, assess market opportunity and competitive landscape, and develop financial and business models.
  • Track record of building high-trust relationships and driving internal consensus across product, marketing, legal, finance, sales, and other teams.
  • Experience negotiating complex legal agreements with large, strategic partners.
  • Ability to act as a creative, strategic problem solver who proactively seeks opportunities to positively impact the business.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, with Salesforce preferred, and other relevant tools.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $68,000 to $128,000 per year.
