Description

  • Design and deliver structured onboarding programs and enablement content for new partners.
  • Develop partner readiness and accreditation programs through workshops, certifications, self-service learning, and practitioner enablement.
  • Build deep expertise in Cresta AI Agents and translate product capabilities into partner-facing enablement assets.
  • Collaborate with Partner Leadership to align enablement programs with broader partner objectives and GTM strategy.
  • Track and report on partner readiness, certification attainment, engagement, and partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Use data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve programs, content, and delivery methods.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to keep enablement aligned with evolving AI Agent capabilities.
  • Create partner-specific materials from direct sales assets, including pitch decks, talk tracks, objection handling, competitive guidance, and persona-based messaging.
  • Support the Partnerships team as an AI Agent subject matter expert on use cases, solution positioning, requirements validation, and enterprise engagements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Customer Success, or similar roles.
  • 5+ years of experience working in the contact center space.
  • Experience working with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Ability to serve as a platform expert and provide technical guidance.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
