Description

  • Manage and grow a high-performing partner ecosystem to drive new business acquisition, expansion, and customer retention.
  • Serve as the primary lead for GSIs, SIs, and AI/Tech partners, prioritizing territory coverage and partner enablement.
  • Lead joint account mapping, strategic planning, and quarterly business reviews to align partner capabilities with regional sales targets.
  • Run joint pipeline reviews and forecasting to support predictable growth and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Sales on cross-functional partner initiatives and execution.
  • Support and lead joint marketing activities, including roadshows and other high-impact programs.
  • Travel within the region to strengthen partner relationships and attend occasional global Collibra summits.
  • Engage partners early and connect them with field sales to increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Own regional partner initiatives and manage the region autonomously over time.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the software industry.
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and scaling partner ecosystems, including SAP.
  • Proven success in partner-led sales and enablement.
  • Prior experience in direct solution sales or consulting is highly valued.
  • Experience in SaaS, especially Data Governance, AI Governance, Data Management, Analytics, or BI.
  • Strong focus on SAP content and the data-first landscape.
  • Ability to build influential relationships and win new strategic partners.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to solve business challenges or streamline workflows.
  • Experience driving joint marketing initiatives and supporting complex sales cycles through partner channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
