Description

  • Design and maintain SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and Magic Number across Revenue, R&D, and Support.
  • Build and refine financial models for revenue streams, customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and sales productivity.
  • Partner with the VP of Finance on annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting using operational data.
  • Serve as the financial partner to Deal Desk and Sales Leadership on pricing, deal profitability, contract terms, and revenue recognition implications.
  • Analyze sales compensation plans and GTM organizational structure to assess ROI and alignment with growth targets.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decisions on topics such as market entry and product margin.
  • Lead integration between Salesforce and financial systems such as ERP and planning tools.
  • Define the source of truth for sales data and implement quality controls for booking and revenue data.
  • Develop standardized operating procedures to move financial analysis from ad hoc reporting to scalable, automated frameworks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Sales Operations, with strong analytics experience for business strategy.
  • Experience in an Enterprise SaaS company is preferred.
  • Private equity or investment banking experience is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling, is required.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and object relationships is essential.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Python is a major plus.
  • Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights is a major plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Math, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field is required.
  • MBA or a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills, self-driven attitude, and motivation.
