Description

  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions and business process workshops for financial master data governance.
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders and business partners to document functional requirements and design financial master data models.
  • Configure SAP MDG Finance, including data modeling, UI FPM modeling, process modeling, and governance workflows.
  • Configure validation rules and derivation rules using SAP BRF+.
  • Support governance for financial master data objects such as General Ledger Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, and Company Codes.
  • Configure the Data Replication Framework and support master data synchronization through SOA Services, Web Services, and IDocs.
  • Work with Finance, Controlling, Procurement, Supply Chain, and technical teams to maintain accurate master data across integrated SAP landscapes.
  • Develop functional design, configuration, and business process documentation.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing.
  • Troubleshoot SAP MDG Finance production issues and support system enhancements.
  • Participate in process mapping, change management, and occasional on-site client support.
  • Follow quality assurance and information security processes and protect sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant SAP Master Data Governance or SAP Finance experience, or 5–7 years without a bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience configuring SAP MDG Finance, including data modeling, workflow configuration, UI FPM modeling, BRF+, and DRF.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) master data in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience with General Ledger Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, and Company Codes.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, facilitating workshops, and developing functional design documentation.
  • Experience supporting multi-system SAP landscapes and enterprise financial master data governance initiatives.
  • Ability to handle moderately complex SAP MDG Finance issues with minimal oversight.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Active Secret security clearance preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, federal ERP modernization programs, or Department of Defense SAP environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP FI, CO, MM, Procurement, and cross-functional integrations preferred.
  • Experience with SOA Services, Web Services, IDocs, and enterprise integration technologies preferred.
  • Relevant SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA Finance, or SAP FI/CO certifications preferred.
