Description

  • Analyze, design, and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform, primarily in Service Cloud.
  • Gather and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop custom components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Build and maintain triggers, test classes, validation rules, and automations.
  • Implement and support flows in Process Builder and optimize existing configurations.
  • Collaborate on integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
  • Generate reports, exports, and PDF documents from Visualforce.
  • Execute unit tests and support quality assurance activities.
  • Work in agile methodologies such as SCRUM with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in code reviews, continuous improvement, and platform process optimization.

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Force.com, Apex, SOQL, triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning.
  • Basic to intermediate experience with Lightning Components and Aura.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce automation and process modeling.
  • Experience with tools such as Apex Data Loader and development environments.
  • Experience integrating REST and SOAP services.
  • Previous development experience with Java or .NET is desirable.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
  • Analytical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving orientation.
  • Communication and collaboration skills with technical and functional teams.
  • Salesforce certifications are desirable but not required.
  • Intermediate English for technical reading and basic to intermediate conversation.
  • Availability to work remotely within Mexico.
