Description

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise business applications such as NetSuite, Snowflake, HubSpot, and Gong.
  • Serve as a Salesforce subject-matter expert and troubleshoot integration issues using Salesforce object, data, and configuration knowledge.
  • Perform light Salesforce administration, including fields, page layouts, permission sets, and flows.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to translate business processes into scalable integration workflows.
  • Build and maintain integrations in Workato or similar iPaaS platforms using integration design patterns and monitoring best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug integration issues across cloud applications to ensure data accuracy and service reliability.
  • Document integration architecture, data flows, and technical decisions for different stakeholders.
  • Work with SaaS vendor support teams to resolve issues across applications, APIs, and infrastructure.
  • Support Salesforce release management and coordinate integration testing with platform changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in integration development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, sharing model, and data structure.
  • Some Salesforce administration experience.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform such as Zapier, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi.
  • Experience with enterprise business applications such as NetSuite, Snowflake, HubSpot, or Gong.
  • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, pub/sub, event-driven architecture, and ETL/data transformation.
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth2, JWT, SAML, and API keys.
  • Experience with event-driven or messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS is a plus.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi certifications are a plus.
