Description

  • Lead the creation and execution of Salesforce strategies for complex business challenges.
  • Design end-to-end technical architectures from high-level business requirements.
  • Present architectural options to stakeholders and explain tradeoffs and long-term impact.
  • Champion a configuration-first approach to reduce custom code and technical debt.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce applications and integrations as needed.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for integration, data security, and DevOps.
  • Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein solutions.
  • Ensure data architecture is AI-ready through data hygiene, grounding strategies, and ethical data standards.
  • Act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams.
  • Monitor, optimize, and document Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
  • Experience architecting solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, and Experience.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two enterprise-level Salesforce CPQ implementations.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, and LWC.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and Shield.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Einstein Copilot/Agents.
  • Experience with Salesforce data migrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies such as REST API, SOAP API, Workato, middleware solutions, and managed packages.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is preferred.
  • Specialized certifications in CPQ or Experience Cloud are a significant plus.
