Description

  • Develop and execute territory, account, and close/win plans to achieve assigned quota within each fiscal period.
  • Maintain planning tools and use them to support cross-functional discussions, deal reviews, and executive engagement.
  • Manage time and calendar effectively to complete essential sales activities and responsibilities.
  • Track pipeline opportunities and produce accurate forecasts, maintaining week 8 forecast accuracy within a 10% margin.
  • Identify the right buyers for Cyara’s solutions and services across target accounts.
  • Execute company campaigns and meet outbound call and email targets to generate qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Communicate Cyara’s value proposition, competitive advantages, and solution positioning clearly and persuasively.
  • Use negotiation, trading, and bargaining techniques to secure mutually beneficial contract agreements and purchase orders.
  • Overcome objections and obstacles in the sales process to progress deals to close.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and position Cyara effectively against competitors.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of proven and stable B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success achieving $2M+ annual quota and closing six- to seven-figure deals with multinational enterprise customers.
  • Experience selling into complex buying environments with multiple decision makers.
  • Strong industry knowledge in CX/customer experience, contact centers, chatbots, or quality assurance is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to sell complex technical solutions and translate customer pain points into clear business benefits.
  • Experience selling AI-backed solutions.
  • Experience selling across the UK/EMEA region, with an established network in banking/insurance, technology/B2B software, telco/media, retail/ecommerce, or hospitality/travel.
  • Experience in both net-new logo acquisition and account farming, with at least 75% initial focus on net-new business.
  • Comfort working in a US/private equity-owned B2B SaaS scale-up environment with high accountability and fast-paced rhythms.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
