Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of Creator Deck’s market position, capabilities, past results, and commercial vision.
  • Build and maintain relationships with approved brand and agency contacts to progress opportunities into Brand Partnerships conversations.
  • Create meeting materials, including decks and agendas, for client and partner discussions.
  • Develop partnership strategies in collaboration with leadership across Brand Partnerships, Growth, Finance, and the CEO.
  • Schedule and participate in brainstorms and follow up with internal stakeholders and external clients after meetings.
  • Own day-to-day follow-up on RFIs, RFPs, and proactive proposals.
  • Partner with Brand Partnerships and Client Success teams to support incremental investments and renewals.
  • Attend weekly sales and internal meetings and track activity in the CRM.
  • Consistently meet weekly and monthly outreach and meeting targets.
  • Represent Creator Deck professionally and help translate conversations into clear next steps, timelines, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of sales experience in advertising, media, marketing sales, and/or business development.
  • Preferred experience at a digital or social publisher, talent agency, or influencer agency.
  • Existing relationships with brand and agency clients.
  • Preferred existing relationships in one or more of these categories: beauty, fashion, retail, QSR/restaurants, wellness, media, or tech.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape, latest technologies, and emerging trends.
  • Experience with talent-led and tastemaker-driven programs.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strict attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and the ability to create clear slides from verbal direction.
