Description

  • Target new logo opportunities across manufacturing, industrial services, field operations, and logistics.
  • Identify customer pain points related to downtime, compliance, maintenance, workforce training, and safety workflows.
  • Execute outbound strategies toward operations, engineering, safety, and technology leaders.
  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification through close.
  • Deliver product demonstrations focused on efficiency, automation, asset visibility, and compliance reporting.
  • Conduct deep discovery to assess process gaps, worksite challenges, and performance benchmarks.
  • Develop ROI-based proposals that quantify time savings, efficiency gains, risk reduction, and safety improvements.
  • Apply MEDDPICC for qualification and forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership to improve outreach, messaging, and handoffs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or field operations environments.
  • Experience closing SaaS deals across small businesses through enterprise organizations.
  • Familiarity with process optimization, asset management, or operational safety concepts.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred.
  • Ability to use MEDDPICC or similar structured methodologies to improve forecast accuracy and close rates.
  • Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with resilience, discipline, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
  • Experience selling EHS, CMMS, FSM, IoT, or manufacturing operations software preferred.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, maintenance standards, or operational compliance requirements preferred.
  • Prior work with plant managers, field operations leaders, or industrial engineering teams preferred.
  • Final candidate must be able to pass a background check.
