Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts within the Technology, Cloud, and Digital Services sectors.
  • Own the commercial relationship for existing customers and serve as the primary point of contact for renewals and account growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end renewal process to drive customer retention and long-term client success.
  • Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts.
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders, budget owners, and key decision-makers to understand business priorities.
  • Uncover new buying centers and expand YipitData’s footprint within enterprise customers.
  • Partner with Client Strategy, Solutions, and Product teams to deliver strong customer experiences and maximize product value.
  • Develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities, mitigate renewal risk, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast while managing account activity in the CRM.
  • Share market feedback and client insights with internal stakeholders to influence product and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience in subscription and/or data sales to large enterprise software, cloud, AI, or technology companies.
  • Experience managing the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, quarterly business reviews, renewals, and upsells.
  • Experience selling into large enterprises and negotiating contracts with sophisticated procurement teams.
  • Experience liaising with senior executives across functions such as strategy, sales, marketing, and data/insights.
  • Experience managing a book of business or selling a new complex product or service.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a quota-carrying role.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including strong questioning skills.
  • High EQ, with the ability to understand client needs and build relationships quickly.
  • Resourceful, resilient, and comfortable solving ambiguous problems.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in helping build a newer business from the ground up.

  • Competitive compensation with annual on-target earnings up to $300,000, including a $150,000 base salary and variable commission at 100% of quota.
