Description

  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for assigned top accounts and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Own ongoing executive-level meeting cadence and manage client relationship touchpoints.
  • Develop and guide HCM strategies that support workforce planning and client business goals.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts and clients to create actionable solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Track, document, and follow through on open client and internal action items through resolution.
  • Act as an escalation point for top clients to identify opportunities to optimize talent, services, and workflows.
  • Translate client needs and challenges into strategic project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed client recaps, key takeaways, and follow-up communications after meetings and business reviews.
  • Identify client trends, risks, hot topics, attrition indicators, and retention risks and communicate them to leadership.
  • Pursue upselling opportunities by aligning HCM solutions to client needs and priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, client relationship management, or HCM services.
  • Strong knowledge of operations, HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance within a PEO or HCM environment.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve results.
  • Strong knowledge of technology programs, tools, and basic key functionalities.
  • Strong expertise in HR areas such as training and development, compensation, and performance management.
  • Experience working in a primarily office-based role with virtual or in-person meetings, telephones, events, and training sessions.
  • Ability to work in an accessible and inclusive environment and support reasonable accommodations as needed.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $100,000 to $120,000.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards.
  • Medical insurance with more than 80% employer coverage for employees and approximately 56–66% for dependents, depending on plan.
