Description

  • Prospect and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Research prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and current software solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, conferences, and referrals.
  • Lead product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to support smooth onboarding and ongoing customer support.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Work closely with the CEO to refine sales strategy, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of full-cycle sales experience with a proven track record of success, preferably in B2B software or technology sales.
  • Concise, persuasive, and authentic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to end users.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment and integrity.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Personal connection to autism or autism care is a plus.

  • NYC compensation of $155K OTE and $80K base, or remote compensation of $145K OTE and $70K base.
