Description

  • Build, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows that streamline internal processes.
  • Create and enhance internal web and mobile applications for Ops and B2B use cases.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to deploy internal tools efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of IoT hardware solutions such as Raspberry Pi–powered smart fridges.
  • Manage and improve integrations with third-party systems such as Zendesk, Aircall, Jira, and other team tools.
  • Experiment with and build AI-driven tools, including agents or chatbots, to support team tasks and analysis.
  • Work with Marketing and Data teams to automate workflows, support Salesforce data ingestion and transformation, and maintain CRM integrity.
  • Document solutions, processes, architecture, and runbooks for handoff to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Tech Enablement Lead and cross-functional stakeholders across operations, product, and engineering.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software development with exposure to a broad range of technologies.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
  • Experience building web applications with modern frameworks such as React/Next.js, Node.js, or Python.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party API or SDK integrations.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases and the ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
  • Experience with automation workflows or low-code platforms such as n8n or Zapier, or the ability to build custom automation scripts.
  • Basic cloud and DevOps knowledge, including deploying on Google Cloud Functions, AWS Lambda, or similar platforms and using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to hardware or IoT projects, including configuring Raspberry Pi devices and troubleshooting connectivity or sensor issues.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency with AI engineering tools.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or HubSpot workflows in an operations context is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi or Arduino projects, including GPIO, I2C, or camera modules for computer vision, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data structures, APIs, Flow/Process Builder, validation rules, or ETL-driven Salesforce pipelines is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services such as Firestore and Cloud Functions, or other cloud providers like AWS or Azure, is preferred.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts or experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI GPT is preferred.
  • Experience with customer support and marketing tools such as Zendesk, Aircall, or email marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and coordinating across multiple teams is preferred.
  • A self-starter mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies is preferred.
