Description

  • Field a high volume of inbound B2B sales calls and emails each day.
  • Research and respond to qualified marketing leads in local markets.
  • Qualify inbound leads through timely follow-ups and discovery questions.
  • Gather, vet, and communicate client needs and contact details to the outside sales team.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for field and outside sales representatives.
  • Maintain and update CRM and marketing platform records with clear, concise summaries.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to meet appointment and lead goals.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required by management.
  • Communicate clearly and thoroughly with management and internal team members.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ months of over-the-phone B2B cold-calling and lead generation experience.
  • Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
  • Ability to navigate corporate structures, identify decision makers, and understand the buying process.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; NetSuite preferred.
  • Proficiency with a marketing platform; HubSpot preferred.
  • Strong time management, organization, active listening, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask, learn quickly, think quickly, and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • French language skills, written and verbal, are a plus and may receive priority consideration.
  • Telecommunication or technology industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship or transfer available.
