Description

  • Own the top-of-funnel enterprise sales motion and help create the outbound prospecting playbook.
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound qualification.
  • Use discovery conversations to uncover PBM challenges, member pain points, renewal timelines, and decision criteria.
  • Set high-quality meetings for Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Partner with marketing and sales leaders to craft and execute outreach sequences, call talk tracks, and value-led messaging.
  • Research target companies and build and maintain outbound prospect lists.
  • Maintain CRM notes, activity logging, lead source attribution, conversion metrics, and next steps.
  • Build and manage pipeline visibility for the go-to-market team through careful forecasting and funnel hygiene.
  • Develop foundational BDR playbooks through experimentation and iteration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Proposals, Community, Clinical, Customer, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles.
  • Enterprise healthcare or employer benefits experience is a plus, including PBM, health plan, care navigation, or digital health.
  • Proven performance against pipeline targets in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong listening, research, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Comfort speaking with HR/Benefits leaders, CFO/Finance stakeholders, and consultants.
  • Fluency with CRM and sequencing tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or Salesloft.
  • Experience with data and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A builder’s mindset with a willingness to experiment, measure, and iterate on outreach plays.
  • Experience selling into benefits consultants/brokers is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with PBM mechanics, including rebates, formularies, pass-through vs. spread pricing, and employer plan design, is preferred.
