Description

  • Own and lead all sales activity for the Forensic Services business, with direct accountability for revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute business strategy for the Forensics division to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Drive net new forensic revenue and manage performance against monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Demonstrate AccuWeather’s forensic capabilities to prospects, customers, and business partners.
  • Conduct lunch-and-learn meetings with law firms and engineering firms to promote Forensics offerings.
  • Partner with the forensic operations team to improve department efficiency and profitability.
  • Evaluate and prioritize new product development opportunities to create new revenue streams.
  • Manage pipeline health, conversion, and overall sales performance across Forensic Services offerings.
  • Accelerate qualified leads from referral partners and explore new channel partnerships.
  • Maintain customer, opportunity, and sales records in the CRM and coordinate contract negotiations with operations and contracts teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in forensics, meteorology, engineering, or science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development and leadership in forensic services, weather, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • An established network of lawyers and engineering firms served previously.
  • Experience working with and supervising co-workers and daily tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and desire to continuously drive business growth.
  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Experience using AI in daily workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
