Description

  • Own and lead all sales activity for the Forensic Services business, with direct accountability for revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute business strategy for the Forensics division to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Drive net new forensic revenue against defined sales goals.
  • Demonstrate AccuWeather’s forensic capabilities to prospects, customers, and business partners.
  • Conduct lunch-and-learn meetings with law firms and engineering firms to promote Forensics offerings.
  • Partner with the forensic operations team to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Evaluate and prioritize new product development opportunities to create new revenue streams.
  • Forecast, manage, and deliver against monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and create processes to generate more business from previous customers.
  • Work with Marketing and PR to increase awareness, qualified leads, and revenue for Forensic services.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion across all Forensic Services offerings.
  • Accelerate qualified leads from referral partners and explore new channel partnerships.
  • Maintain customer, opportunity, and closed-sale records in the CRM.
  • Coordinate contract negotiations with Business Operations and Contracts teams to speed up deal closure.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in forensics, meteorology, engineering, or science.
  • At least 5 years of business development and leadership experience in forensic services or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • An existing network of lawyers and engineering firms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and supervise co-workers and daily tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and desire to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Experience using AI in daily workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
