Description

  • Make 60-80+ outbound calls per day to candidates and decision-makers at financial services firms.
  • Qualify leads and convert interest into scheduled product demos, webinars, and enrollments.
  • Tailor outreach messaging for different firm sizes, specialties, and training goals.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members and marketing to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Stay informed about trends in financial advisor education and CFP® certification.
  • Build relationships with prospects through cold outreach and follow-up communication.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience.
  • Experience in education or financial services is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume calling environment.
  • Strong objection-handling skills.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and/or the CFP® designation is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and coachable mindset.
  • Ability to work remotely as a full-time employee.
