Description

  • Land and expand within strategic major target accounts.
  • Define and execute sales plans for an assigned territory.
  • Convey the value proposition and product differentiators to prospects and customers.
  • Forecast, meet, and exceed quota.
  • Develop and manage the leads funnel using inbound and outbound leads.
  • Manage business activity and track opportunities in CRM and other supporting tools.
  • Collaborate across product, support, and sales engineering to improve the sales cycle.
  • Understand the competitive market and stay familiar with competing companies and offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Domain experience with compute platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; DevOps tooling; CI/CD platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins; and the broader SDLC.
  • Strong track record of consistently overachieving sales targets.
  • Ability to learn new products and processes quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competitive, driven, entrepreneurial, and resourceful mindset.
  • Team player who can work well cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel to clients when required.
  • SaaS or developer tools sales experience preferred.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • Strong sales aptitude and a fundamental understanding of the sales process preferred.
  • Tech-savvy business acumen and the ability to articulate a compelling value proposition in a complex, evolving environment preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile environment with an ever-evolving set of solutions preferred.
