Description

  • Identify high-potential prospects from inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB customers from lead generation to close.
  • Develop and execute full-cycle sales strategies to win new customers and drive product adoption.
  • Solve complex client needs by working with product, sales, risk, and operations teams.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, blitzing, research, networking, and territory development.
  • Understand customer pain points and propose Stripe solutions that address them.
  • Coordinate internally with other Stripe teams to set customers up for success.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and manage high-velocity deal cycles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales or prospecting experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance.
  • Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and build strong relationships with technical customers.
  • Analytical ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Experience managing projects with input from cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability and motivation to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Well-rounded strategic seller profile with persistence and strong teamwork skills.
