Description

  • Define and refine product positioning and messaging for developer, institutional, and monetisation customer segments.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, landing page content, and battle cards.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market programs for new and existing product features, monetisation offerings, and vertical use cases.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Growth, and Rev Ops on GTM briefs, timelines, success metrics, and lifecycle initiatives.
  • Support inbound pipeline growth and conversion for API and monetisation products through revenue and demand generation efforts.
  • Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitor benchmarking to improve messaging and identify new opportunities.
  • Partner with Content, Creative, and freelancers to create assets for GTM, nurture journeys, and sales conversations.
  • Track and report on the commercial impact of GTM, content, and enablement initiatives, including pipeline influence and revenue contribution.
  • Improve existing workflows and create new playbooks and documentation as needed.
  • Mentor interns and junior team members, and manage freelancers or agencies when required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS, or revenue-focused marketing roles.
  • Experience in API, crypto, fintech, developer tools, monetisation, or infrastructure products is highly preferred.
  • Proven ownership of positioning, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Experience working across both product-led and sales-led growth motions, including support for enterprise or high-value accounts.
  • Strong product marketing fundamentals, including positioning, messaging, GTM execution, ICP segmentation, value propositions, and pipeline influence.
  • Experience using tools such as Google Sheets, GA4, Figma, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Basic familiarity with SQL or CRM/email tools for lifecycle nurturing is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial markets is a strong plus.
  • Experience hiring and managing freelancers and/or agencies is a plus.
