Description

  • Build and launch a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires within their first two weeks.
  • Create and operationalize a GTM enablement strategy that supports continuous learning through training, certifications, and ongoing programming.
  • Establish a consistent enablement cadence with a defined training calendar and measurable engagement.
  • Partner with GTM and Product teams to assess enablement effectiveness and translate feedback into targeted programs.
  • Use deal analysis and feedback loops to continuously improve enablement impact across cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with Product to keep enablement materials aligned with roadmap, releases, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to maintain competitive intelligence and strengthen training around differentiation.
  • Serve as the AI lead for the Marketing team by evaluating tools, defining best practices, and delivering training.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools within Marketing through structured evaluations and hands-on enablement.
  • Develop and scale a dedicated BDR onboarding and enablement program to improve ramp time and pipeline generation.
  • Contribute to external content initiatives such as blog posts, guides, and webinars in support of marketing priorities.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in enablement within a high-growth technology environment.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, BDR, and Customer Success teams to deliver enablement programs.
  • Proven track record of building and launching onboarding programs that drive measurable impact.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence across multiple teams.
  • Experience working with complex products and technical subject matter.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide structured, actionable feedback and direction.
  • Strong interest in AI tools and emerging technologies, with experience evaluating and implementing productivity tools.
  • Strong writing skills with experience contributing to external-facing content such as blog posts, guides, and thought leadership.
  • Experience building programs for BDR or SDR teams is preferred.

Benefits

  • $150,000 - $180,000 annual salary range.
  • Regular employees may be eligible for commissions or bonus programs.
