Description

  • Partner with GTM leaders to define and prioritize field selling motions for the Mid and Large Enterprise segment.
  • Synthesize market trends, competitive dynamics, seasonal signals, and field feedback to decide GTM focus areas.
  • Design enterprise sales plays from ICP definition through field launch and support enablement adoption.
  • Develop competitive positioning and messaging that gives sales a clear edge in enterprise deals.
  • Serve as the PMM lead on enterprise integrated marketing campaigns, contributing strategy, messaging, and assets.
  • Own the strategic concept behind anchor assets such as maturity assessments, industry benchmarks, and research-driven frameworks.
  • Maintain and evolve core enterprise field assets, including the pitch deck library, landing page, EBC materials, objection handling, and discovery frameworks.
  • Translate product vision and roadmap into compelling narratives for enterprise audiences.
  • Synthesize field and customer insights to influence roadmap prioritization and create positioning for product gaps when needed.
  • Track enterprise GTM performance across pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, and closed-won rates, and deliver structured readouts with recommendations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, with a meaningful portion focused on B2B SaaS.
  • Direct experience marketing to mid-market and enterprise buyers is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to own GTM programs end-to-end, from positioning through execution and performance readout.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and enabling large sales organizations.
  • Ability to adapt positioning and messaging across segments, motions, and competitive contexts.
  • Strong ability to frame ambiguous problems, synthesize competing inputs, and communicate clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • High craft bar for written and visual work, with output ready for executive and external audiences with minimal revision.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across teams through influence rather than formal authority.
  • Experience operating independently without close management oversight.
  • Active mentoring experience and a history of raising the quality bar within a team environment.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $140,000 to $210,000 USD for US locations.
  • Eligibility for an annual cash bonus plan.
  • Eligibility for variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, where applicable.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in total compensation.

  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
