Description

  • Plan and execute coordinated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across the buyer journey.
  • Develop campaign messaging and value propositions aligned to persona and funnel stage.
  • Write and refine campaign content including blog posts, video scripts, emails, landing pages, ad copy, and long-form content.
  • Adapt messaging for awareness, engagement, and conversion stages.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and channel performance.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, ads, and landing pages.
  • Optimize campaigns for CTR, CVR, CPL, and pipeline contribution.
  • Identify underperforming messages or assets and iterate quickly.
  • Build campaign timelines and coordinate launch execution across content, design, sales, operations, demand gen, and product marketing.
  • Track, measure, and optimize campaigns using marketing automation and CRM data to support revenue reporting.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience executing integrated demand generation campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience across email marketing, paid media, webinars, and landing pages.
  • Strong content development and messaging capabilities.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Basic knowledge of segmentation, nurture setup, UTM tracking, and attribution fundamentals.
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Must be located in North America and work EST hours.
  • Must have the permanent and unrestricted right to work in the country of residence without current or future sponsorship.
