Description

  • Produce high-volume, AI-assisted content that is fact-checked, refined, and optimized for organic traffic.
  • Optimize content for both search engines and AI engines to improve audience reach.
  • Run outbound sales campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage prospective education clients.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and pass sales-ready opportunities to senior team members.
  • Work closely with the Head of Growth and CEO to support pipeline generation.
  • Adapt to additional startup tasks as needed and contribute wherever priorities require.
  • Help build the growth function from the ground up in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in the education sector, with understanding of how tutoring businesses, schools, or edtech companies operate.
  • Former teachers and tutors are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional, fluent English with strong written communication skills.
  • Comfort with outbound sales and cold outreach activities.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly intense startup environment and self-start when gaps appear.
  • Maturity to set boundaries and protect personal time outside agreed working hours.
  • Based in a major South African city.
  • Reliable internet and inverter/UPS infrastructure to work through load shedding.
  • Experience or familiarity with AI tools such as Claude is beneficial.
  • Ability to handle a role that spans content, SEO, outreach, and lead qualification.
