Description

  • Curate and execute multi-channel demand generation plans with clear communication of vision, KPIs, timelines, and results.
  • Support cross-functional teammates by prioritizing work, managing workloads, and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Serve as the central hub for communication and knowledge management for target ICPs.
  • Solve problems that block campaign execution and pipeline success.
  • Drive cross-functional execution of collaborative marketing initiatives.
  • Create unified program plans and partner with GTM teams to execute campaigns.
  • Lead quarterly, monthly, and weekly planning for demand generation campaigns.
  • Align targeted campaigns to account-based marketing and pipeline acceleration goals.
  • Track, report, and optimize campaign and pipeline performance across the funnel.
  • Provide stakeholders with performance visibility, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS experience managing complex, cross-functional demand generation or growth marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with corporate learning initiatives or employee training ICPs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Results-driven approach informed by campaign and pipeline data.
  • Strong goal orientation with a focus on pipeline and growth outcomes.
  • Ability to deliver business impact rather than just activity.
  • Comfort pushing campaign boundaries through testing and creative demand generation approaches.
  • Experience supporting ABM campaigns and pipeline acceleration (preferred).

  • Base salary range of CAD $65,000–$90,000.
