Description

  • Own, build, and execute quarterly demand generation plans aligned to sales vertical goals.
  • Develop and run multi-channel campaigns across digital, ABM-lite, email, partnerships, and events/webinars.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to prioritize target accounts based on opportunity size.
  • Define campaign KPIs and track, measure, and report on funnel performance from traffic to pipeline.
  • Use marketing automation systems to execute campaigns and analyze performance.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve landing page conversion and MAL-to-MQL conversion rates.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaign tactics to improve pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Innovate on existing campaign ideas and bring new approaches to deepen customer relationships.
  • Use AI tools as a regular part of building, thinking, and shipping faster.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation marketing, ideally in a B2B role.
  • Deep familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Experience developing and executing B2B demand generation strategies across multiple products or sales verticals.
  • Proven track record of driving inbound growth and top-of-funnel pipeline.
  • Experience with email marketing, lead generation, and account-based marketing.
  • Experience creating and executing nurturing strategies in a marketing automation platform.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with empathy.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a strong grasp of ROI metrics.
  • A bias to action and a preference for progress over perfection.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work and is used instinctively to accelerate output.
