Description

  • Take introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects and move them through the full sales process.
  • Run strategy and pitch presentations for prospective clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from first touch through close, including follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Handle objections and maintain a structured sales process.
  • Build and maintain sales playbooks, objection libraries, and follow-up sequences.
  • Own and operate the company’s internal Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute broader marketing strategy, including content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
  • Create or direct marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
  • Help elevate the company brand to attract larger and more established clients.
  • Think holistically about how advertising supports broader company growth and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience, not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification.
  • Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous role, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance-based incentives.
  • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably Meta, or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
  • Comfort operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Preference for candidates who can provide a 3 to 5 minute Loom video application covering their background, a closed deal, and a marketing observation.

Benefits

  • $85,000 base salary plus performance-based commission, with approximately $150,000 OTE.
