Description

  • Own the vision, structure, resourcing, and execution of the affiliate delivery organization.
  • Lead and develop a large, globally dispersed team while setting clear performance and culture expectations.
  • Own department headcount, hiring, promotions, compensation, utilization, staffing plans, and margin performance.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and People to improve profitability and scale delivery sustainably.
  • Work with Account Directors to ensure delivery quality supports strong client satisfaction and retention outcomes.
  • Serve as an escalation point to identify risks early and drive fast issue resolution.
  • Lead adoption of new tools, workflows, and AI-enabled delivery practices across the organization.
  • Shape the long-term operating model, team structure, and best practices for affiliate delivery.
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Sales, and Marketing on strategy, new business, and positioning.
  • Represent affiliate delivery internally as a senior stakeholder and cross-functional decision-maker.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of combined affiliate marketing and client services or agency experience.
  • Proven track record owning and scaling a business line, practice area, or large client portfolio.
  • Experience leading managers and cross-regional teams across multiple geographies.
  • Deep expertise in affiliate program strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate’s role within influencer, retail media, and broader partnership marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption or transformation initiatives within a team or organization.
  • Financial acumen including forecasting, margin management, and P&L ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally.
  • Based in the U.S., with preference for Central or Eastern time zones.
