Description

  • Design, scale, and optimize end-to-end revenue operations across Sales, Partnership, Marketing, and Product.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to improve funnel performance and revenue efficiency.
  • Create high-quality reporting, insights, and KPI scorecards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Improve lead routing, lead scoring, SLA workflows, and campaign tracking processes.
  • Standardize attribution, funnel measurement, and process documentation across areas of ownership.
  • Support forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and revenue planning through analysis and operational improvements.
  • Drive projects through the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to build, test, launch, and measurement.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate stakeholders across GTM teams.
  • Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap prioritization for high-impact revenue metrics.
  • Troubleshoot systems and answer team questions while providing ongoing operational support.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Business, Sales, or Revenue Operations.
  • Experience driving strategic decision-making with Sales, Marketing, CX, Enablement, and Partnerships.
  • Experience designing and maintaining lead-to-cash workflows, including routing, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience owning top-of-funnel operations, including lead management, attribution, campaign tracking, and funnel conversion performance.
  • Experience partnering with Marketing teams to execute, measure, and scale multi-channel campaigns.
  • Ability to translate growth strategy into operational execution across territory design, segmentation, forecasting, compensation, and systems architecture.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce, JIRA, and other Office tools.
  • Experience working with large data sets, enterprise reporting, dashboards, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Looker.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking approach with proven problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, complex projects, and fast-paced change.
  • Experience using analytics to drive growth and performance is preferred.

  • Expected base salary of $130,000 to $168,000, depending on candidate location and experience.
