Description

  • Define and execute sales plans for an assigned territory.
  • Convey the value proposition and product differentiators to prospects and customers.
  • Forecast, meet, and exceed sales quota.
  • Develop and manage a lead funnel from inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Manage business activity and track opportunities in CRM and supporting tools.
  • Collaborate across product, support, and sales engineering to improve the sales cycle.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and competitor offerings.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers to evangelize secure and reliable software.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of selling SaaS or security solutions.
  • Business-level German (C1 or higher) required.
  • Domain experience with compute platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is strongly recommended.
  • Experience with DevOps tooling, CI/CD platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins, and the overall SDLC is strongly recommended.
  • Strong track record of consistently overachieving sales targets.
  • Ability to learn new products and processes quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and resourcefulness.
  • Willingness to travel to clients as needed to support sales relationships.
  • SaaS or developer tools sales experience, startup experience, and strong sales aptitude are preferred.
