Description

  • Drive new customer acquisition and grow ACV across a defined set of enterprise accounts.
  • Source, qualify, and convert high-value prospects from internal leads and outbound prospecting.
  • Create pricing proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the contract process.
  • Close complex deals with enterprise and software customers, including high-value opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Communicate complex contractual, technical, and financial details clearly and simply.
  • Manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop pipeline through direct sales, partnerships, and networking.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of personally selling and closing complex solutions to enterprise and software companies.
  • Strong experience identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts.
  • Proven success selling complex technical solutions such as cloud communications platforms, APIs, Conversational AI, or enterprise software.
  • Experience in account management and developing large enterprise clients while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 or similarly large enterprises.
  • Background in a quota-driven environment with proven ability to close high-value deals, including six- to seven-figure opportunities.
  • Expertise in solution-based selling or consultative selling.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, including handling complex deals with long sales cycles.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and other sales qualification methodologies.
  • Experience selling to both business and technical audiences is preferred.
  • Understanding of the CPaaS and Customer Engagement ecosystem is preferred, including cloud communications, contact center productivity, Conversational AI, APIs, telecommunications, and enterprise technology architecture.
  • Role is remote and based in the UK or Ireland.
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
