Description

  • Own the full sales cycle and consistently hit or exceed quota and pipeline targets.
  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to identify high-growth opportunities and untapped markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell and grow market share.
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to resolve technical hurdles for prospects.
  • Manage deal flow, negotiations, proposals, and contract execution for complex technical partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records in Salesforce.
  • Guide customers from initial interest through onboarding and successful implementation.
  • Work with Marketing and BDR teams to support demand generation campaigns and post-launch analysis.
  • Travel 30-50% to meet customers, attend industry events, and engage with AWS teams.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of full sales cycle experience, preferably in a new business-focused role.
  • Experience selling technology products such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
  • Proven track record of selling cloud services and working with consumption-based models.
  • Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong network in North America.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
  • Strong understanding of the cloud computing market and AWS products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Preferred: regional network and relationships with startups, VC, and technology communities.
  • Preferred: proven experience selling AWS cloud products/services.
  • Preferred: cloud certifications.
