Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for membership applications and account setup.
  • Respond to incoming emails and phone calls from prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide cost estimates, billing and collection support, product information, and general client assistance.
  • Research prospects, identify stakeholders, and build rapport to generate interest.
  • Communicate the value proposition and ROI of Business Wire products and services.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in Salesforce and HubSpot, including calls, meetings, opportunities, emails, and social outreach.
  • Nurture and manage customer relationships across existing and newly created transactional and non-contract accounts.
  • Prospect and manage marketing qualified leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Stay current on PR and investor relations industry trends and develop knowledge of the company’s products, services, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support company events, client visits, and lunch-and-learn meetings.

Requirements

  • Fluent French language skills are required.
  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 4:00 AM EST to 12:30 PM EST.
  • Previous experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels, including executive and C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation ability.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections are required.
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and ambitious with the ability to consistently meet daily and monthly objectives.
  • BA/BSc degree or international equivalent is preferred.
  • 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Experience working with EMEA accounts is a plus.
  • Understanding of investor relations, financial reporting, public relations, marketing, and corporate communications is preferred.
