Description

  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive revenue growth for NiCE’s advanced digital and AI solutions, including CXone.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and support CX account teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients in the digital solutions market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and support go-to-market sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategy and product development.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage team composition, including recruitment and separation processes.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the digital solutions and contact center space.
  • 8–10 years of experience in an individual contributor role in enterprise software sales in a similar market.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies and trends in the digital solutions market.
  • Knowledge of advanced digital and AI technologies such as conversational AI, IVA, knowledge management, and agent assistance.
  • Experience and knowledge of the contact center as a service (CCaaS) space.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth, high-volume sales environment.
  • Experience leading teams in the customer experience (CX) market is preferred.
