Description

  • Build and lead a sales team to exceed quarterly and annual quota targets.
  • Forecast sales results accurately across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
  • Lead complex solution-based sales efforts across multiple groups within large enterprise accounts.
  • Coach account executives to develop and execute account-focused strategies and new business opportunities.
  • Drive senior executive engagement in target accounts.
  • Manage account, opportunity, and relationship planning while executing the sales methodology.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, and Marketing to close software and professional services deals.
  • Identify and address issues that improve growth velocity in the assigned region.
  • Travel as needed, approximately 30% to 50%.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the software industry, with current SaaS experience preferred, especially in business applications selling to sales, marketing, HR, finance, manufacturing, or IT.
  • 5-10 years of sales management experience providing tools, training, and support to drive team success.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise sales teams to exceed quotas and win new business in Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Proven ability to execute land-and-expand sales strategies in large enterprise accounts.
  • Relevant sales or sales leadership experience in verticals such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, or public sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to motivate and lead with integrity and a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated experience executing sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth software company.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred.
