Description

  • Identify and qualify prospective partners to resell Azul products through the partner program.
  • Educate prospective partners on program requirements, deliverables, and enablement resources.
  • Develop opportunities from prospecting and marketing-generated leads.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound partner leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on partner-focused sales strategies and productivity initiatives.
  • Build and execute a prospecting plan for new partners across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe.
  • Maintain accurate activity, lead qualification, and partner records in SFDC.
  • Provide recruitment progress and partner pipeline updates to Account Executives and the regional VP of Sales.
  • Conduct new partner and ongoing enablement and training using the partner portal.
  • Travel across the region as needed to support partner development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales working with global top-tier partners in the UK and Northern Europe.
  • 5+ years of knowledge or experience working with development platforms or development tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Prior direct sales experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with SFDC and Clari is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise deals, including multi-million-dollar opportunities, is implied by the role.
  • Ability to travel across the region from time to time.
