Description

  • Lead customer trials and onboarding to drive strong early engagement and value realization.
  • Conduct kickoff and success-planning calls to outline the installation process and set expectations.
  • Coordinate installation readiness and ensure all prerequisites are in place before deployment.
  • Deliver tailored customer training sessions on product use and adoption.
  • Maintain regular customer communication throughout the trial and pre-installation phases.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process and drive timely conversion to paid subscriptions.
  • Identify and resolve issues that could delay installation or subscription conversion.
  • Track trial conversion performance and provide updates on progress, challenges, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to deliver a unified customer experience.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in customer-facing roles within tech sales or customer success.
  • Experience with software product trials or onboarding, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to manage complex timelines and cross-functional coordination.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business value.
  • Ability to navigate objections professionally.
  • Data-driven approach to evaluating trial performance and recommending improvements.
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce and Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Project management certification such as PMP or CSM is a plus but not required.
  • Experience leading kickoff calls and managing product installation logistics is preferred.
  • Proven success converting B2B product trials into paid subscriptions is preferred.
