Description

  • Advise customers on after-sales, service contract, and field service processes before a project begins.
  • Develop solution concepts using SAP CS and S/4HANA Service without relying on predefined templates.
  • Create offers and project concepts as strategic sales and delivery materials.
  • Lead requirements workshops, solution pitches, and webinars as a subject-matter sparring partner.
  • Drive topics such as predictive service, AI-supported service control, and field service management.
  • Stay engaged after handover to delivery and support during critical project phases.
  • Remain the technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, from first requirement to implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to shape and position service transformation topics.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a consultant in an SAP consulting environment.
  • Specialization in SAP CS, S/4HANA Service, or Customer Service Management.
  • Demonstrable experience in presales.
  • Strong understanding of how service organizations operate and what they need under pressure.
  • Ability to explain complex service scenarios clearly to decision-makers.
  • Customer proximity and the ability to identify where standard solutions are not sufficient.
  • Experience working on service process transformation is strongly relevant.
  • Full-time availability starting immediately.
  • Experience with SAP service-related topics is a plus.
