Description

  • Design, scale, and optimize the end-to-end revenue operations function across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Finance.
  • Partner with the CRO, CEO, CFO, and sales leadership on annual revenue planning and operating models.
  • Own revenue forecasting processes, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
  • Build quota models, capacity planning, territory design, and headcount planning frameworks.
  • Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycle trends, win/loss performance, and revenue productivity.
  • Optimize lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and renewal processes to improve forecast accuracy and execution.
  • Lead compensation plan design, administration, scenario modeling, and commission accuracy support.
  • Own Salesforce and the broader revenue technology stack, including integrations, governance, and enhancements.
  • Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and board-level reporting for sales and channel performance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Business Operations, or Consulting.
  • 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing Revenue Operations teams within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Experience supporting high-growth businesses ranging from $20M to $200M+ ARR.
  • Hands-on experience designing and managing compensation plans, quota programs, and forecasting processes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with forecasting and revenue technology tools such as Clari or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience with analytics and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Strong financial modeling, data analysis, problem-solving, project management, and change management skills.
  • Preferred experience with commission management tools like Xactly, CaptivateIQ, or Spiff, and data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
