Description

  • Research, generate, and qualify sales leads and opportunities through email and other outreach channels.
  • Define and refine the ideal customer profile and buyer personas, translating them into actionable segmentation.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using data providers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and advanced filtering.
  • Design and execute multi-channel outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and manual touchpoints such as calls and connection requests.
  • Set up automated personalization workflows for tailored icebreakers, pain-point messaging, and contextual content.
  • Configure adaptive sequence logic with conditional steps and exit triggers based on prospect engagement.
  • Manage email and LinkedIn account warm-up and monitor daily activity to keep outreach patterns natural.
  • Track performance metrics, run A/B tests, and use results to improve conversion rates and outreach quality.
  • Analyze replies and objections to refine AI prompts, playbooks, and targeting criteria.
  • Maintain CRM integration, data synchronization, and pipeline visibility, and prepare sales pipeline reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building and managing automated outbound sales systems, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Apollo.io, Outreach, or Reply.io.
  • Experience with data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, or 6sense.
  • Ability to connect systems through APIs, webhooks, and automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, or Make.
  • Comfort with LLMs and prompt engineering for personalized messaging.
  • Experience with platform compliance, including LinkedIn automation safety limits and GDPR/CCPA requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and running A/B tests.
  • Highly proficient English, both written and spoken, with strong cold outreach copywriting skills.
  • Experience with email deliverability fundamentals such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up protocols, and inbox placement strategies is a plus.
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Curiosity about technology and the mobile ecosystem, with a commitment to continuous self-development.
